By downloading or using CarambolCounter (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CarambolCounter helps users track and share carom billiards game information. Some features, including remote synchronization and remote control functionality, require a paid subscription.
CarambolCounter offers an auto-renewing subscription for premium features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
If offered, trial or promotional terms are shown in App Store at purchase time. Unless canceled before trial ends, subscription converts to paid renewal.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with service availability, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
The App, including software, design, branding, and content, is owned by farbflash and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, farbflash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
