These Terms of Use apply to the CarambolCounter Android application distributed through Google Play.
By downloading or using CarambolCounter (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CarambolCounter helps users track and share carom billiards game information. Some features, including remote synchronization and remote control functionality, require a paid subscription.
CarambolCounter offers an auto-renewing subscription for premium features.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
If offered, trial or promotional terms are shown in Google Play at purchase time. Unless canceled before trial ends, subscription converts to paid renewal.
Refunds are handled by Google according to Google Play policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with service availability, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
The App, including software, design, branding, and content, is owned by farbflash and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, farbflash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
